Who we are
This policy covers the website digitalfarscapes.uk and the games and apps published by DIGITAL FARSCAPES LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales (company number OC454987), registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: contact@digitalfarscapes.uk.
Some titles we publish are developed by partner developers. Where a title has its own privacy policy, it is linked from the title's store listing and applies in addition to this policy.
What data we collect
- Gameplay and app data — progress, settings and in-game actions needed to run the game or app, including online features such as leaderboards and multiplayer.
- Device and usage data — device model, operating system, language, app version, crash reports and anonymous usage statistics.
- Advertising identifiers — in titles that show ads, the device advertising ID may be used by ad networks to show and measure ads. You can reset or limit it in your device settings.
- Purchases — when you buy in-app items, payment is handled by Google Play or Samsung Galaxy Store. We receive a purchase record (item, time, order ID), never your card details.
- Location — weather and map apps use your location to show local forecasts, only with your permission. You can turn it off at any time.
- Messages you send us — your email address and the content of your message when you contact us.
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
Why we use it
- To provide and improve our games and apps, fix errors and keep online features fair and secure (legitimate interests and performance of our terms).
- To deliver purchased items and handle refunds (performance of a contract).
- To show ads in free titles, where you have given consent where it is required.
- To answer your messages.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run our titles: app stores (Google Play, Samsung Galaxy Store), hosting and analytics providers, crash reporting, and ad networks in ad-supported titles. They process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal data.
Some providers are located outside the United Kingdom. Where data is transferred, it is protected by adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above: account and progress data while you use the title, support emails for up to 24 months, and purchase records as long as required by law.
Children
Our titles are intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@digitalfarscapes.uk, and tell us which title you use. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
